Sisimitos and Sisimitas are a rare species of hominoids believed to be extinct. According to legend, Sisimitos and Sisimitas live deep in the caves of Belize and are occasionally spotted to this day. Be warned, encounters with a Sisimito or Sisimita can result in death for they are also known to eat humans.
