How come the guy in the documentary said the skunk ape has four toes but the collectible coin has five toes?

There have been footprint castings made over the years. All of them, but one, have five toes. Do some looking around. The footprint casting with four toes comes from Dave Shealy, who has a big voice regarding this subject, but it is the only one.

To Dave Shealy ;(and any folks who doubt the existence of the Florida Skunk Ape); I had a VERY close encounter with one on 2/25/’12 @ 9:30PM in my 5 acre “backyard” ; on the eastern edge of The Everglades in western Palm Beach County. I came within 10 ft. of the beast; by following it’s horrific stench upwind for 300 yards. I practically sneaked up on it; since I could ascertain it’s location by the sound of sticks being broken on the ground when I was only 50 ft away. I charged it’s location; stopping just short. It grunted/growled 3x. I shined a flashlite thru the bushes and could see it’s shoulders; then, loudly; GONE! I am willing to share this. CWB
