It had walked around for some time like it was lost or confused then squatted down as to pick up something of off the ground it seemed like it faded then reappeared got up and walked several feet and faded again it did not return this time but the smell of electricity "the metallic smell" then nothing.

It appeared to be looking for something on the ground I just assumed it was looking for food, it moved rather quickly and scanned the area rather fast.

A three year old child who woke up in the middle of the night screaming "woof,woof", and pointing at her window. Nothing abnormal about that...except her window was 12 feet off the ground!

The event consist of strange howling sounds and a very repugnant odor. During the time when the odor was present the dog next door started barking then made several yelping noises and then became silent.
